You are the heart of Gray House. Every person who has ever worked with you or attended an event at the residence has benefited from your exceptional dedication and care. Your work is impeccable and you orchestrate details with ease and grace. Landscapers, housekeepers, carpenters, caterers, security – they all come and go like clockwork because of your exemplary planning and coordination. You go above and beyond your responsibilities. You never leave until the residence is perfect, even if that means staying late into the night. Then there are the heating issues, floods, or the unexpected alarm that goes off and has you driving back to the residence to see to its repair. Amazingly, you do all of this with a smile, a laugh and a truly kind spirit. All who collaborate with you across campus feel your positive attitude and collegiality. Your selfless dedication is truly unique and it is profoundly appreciated.
